Hindu Temple that sits above the city

We went to Charminar and you see in the background of this picture "Birla Mandir a hindu temple. This temple was built from white marble and granite, and is 280 feet high.
I wanted to take more pictures of this Hindu Temple but you walk up the little hill you see us on and see the Statue of one of the Warrior Gods they worship, and then you go into a little building where you must take off your Shoes to continue up to the temple. We also had to check in our Cameras and our cell phones. It's a very sacred thing to these people and thats part of the reverence you must show. There were many shrines at this temple that hundreds of people were worshipping. It's the highest temple in Hyderabad area. (it's really in Charminar) In the first picture you can see the warrior God they worship. He has a disc in his hand ready to throw. 2nd picture you can see the temple in the background. It looks small but it is very huge with lots of gardens and worship places around it. We got the best view of the city from this temple and I really wanted to take a picture of where we live as you can see everything from the top of the temple.
